Serene oasis near chaotic souks. African-themed room, like an adventure. Brilliant staff made the stay a pleasure. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Small pool and terrace for relaxation.

Our stay was an unforgettable experience! The hotel's location was perfect, with major attractions being within a short walking distance. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even providing little touches like mint tea on arrival and rose petals scattered in the bathroom. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished with soft, comfortable robes. The breakfast each morning was the perfect start to our day with fresh squeezed orange juice and a variety of delicious options. The rooftop terrace also provided a peaceful retreat with stunning views.
Although the hotel was an oasis from the busy city life, at times it was difficult to locate due to its discreet location.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Marrakesh and had an incredible experience! The location of this place in the old medina was absolutely perfect. It was right in the middle between the old and new town, making it easily accessible to both. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. The room itself was beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and a clean bathroom. The hotel also had amazing amenities such as a rooftop terrace where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I could tell that they took great care in selecting the menu. I was extremely impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The Warda room at Riad Zayane was like stepping into a scene from Arabian Nights! The colorful and cozy atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. I felt like a character in a fairytale.
Personally, I found one feature at Riad Zayane a bit less enjoyable. But it's just my opinion – others might still find it appealing.

Gorgeous property with calm and quiet atmosphere. Kind and welcoming staff who easily arranged trips. Delicious home-cooked tagine meals. Beautifully decorated room with comfortable bed and clean ensuite. Made to feel like guests in a Riad rather than tourists. Convenient location. Close to main road for easy taxi pickup. Will definitely return.

Beautiful and calming place, felt like a peaceful oasis away from the chaos. The staff was friendly and helpful, always there when needed. The breakfast was delicious, always fresh and filling. Loved the location which was a good distance away from the crowds and noise but still close enough to everything we wanted to do and see. There was a nice terrace for relaxing on in the evenings.
The room was a bit cramped and not very luxurious, could have been a bit cleaner. The neighborhood felt a little unsafe, especially at night, and the entrance to the hotel was difficult to find.

What an incredible weekend! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hidden gem in the heart of a bustling Moroccan neighborhood. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The traditional decor and furnishings really transported me to another world, and the beautiful rooftop terrace was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious and included a wide variety of pastries and fresh fruit. And let's not forget about the convenient location - just a short walk to all the main tourist attractions and surrounded by local shops and street vendors.
While the location was definitely a plus, it did take a bit of navigating to find the entrance tucked away in a winding alleyway. But once inside, it was worth the effort.

As a frequent traveler to Marrakech, having stayed in multiple riads, Riad Zayane stands out for its exceptional cleanliness. The polished interiors and divine scent create a soothing ambiance. The bedding feels like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring absolute relaxation. The breakfasts are on point, offering a delightful combination of sweet treats and savory options. The hosts went above and beyond to make my mother's birthday special, preparing a wonderful setup and a delicious birthday cake with candles. The professional, helpful, and caring staff enhanced our stay.
Would recommend this hotel.
